Do I have to pay anything out of pocket?
No — never. AZ Injury Care operates exclusively on a medical lien, which means we bill your personal injury claim directly. You pay nothing out of pocket for any of our services. Our lien is collected at settlement, subordinate to your attorney's fees.
How quickly can I be seen after an accident?
Most patients are seen the same day they call. We maintain same-day availability across our service area, Monday through Sunday, 8am to 8pm. We prioritize early evaluation — the first 72 hours after an accident are critical, both for your health and for your legal case.
Do I need to have an attorney before I call you?
No, you don't need an attorney to get started with AZ Injury Care. If you don't have representation yet, our team can refer you to experienced personal injury attorneys in our network. We frequently help patients navigate both the medical and legal processes simultaneously.
What types of accidents do you treat?
We treat injuries from car accidents, truck and commercial vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall incidents, dog bites, pedestrian accidents, and other personal injury events. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, just call us — we'll let you know.
What if my accident was weeks ago — is it too late?
It is not too late. Many injuries — including soft tissue damage, disc problems, and neurological effects — don't fully manifest until days or weeks after the accident. We can evaluate you regardless of when the accident occurred, and our documentation will address the timeline and progression of your symptoms.
Do you work with my attorney directly?
Yes. When your case is opened, we CC your attorney's office on the initial intake communication. Your dedicated case manager stays in contact with your legal team throughout treatment and releases complete medical records and billing summaries directly to your attorney upon request.
